TERMS & CONDITIONS

Once you have decided on the safari you wish to undertake, you need to contact us to confirm the details and to pay a deposit. We will send you a confirmation invoice and bank details so that you can send us a deposit of 25% of the total tour cost. The balance needs to be paid 60 days before your vacation commences. No booking is confirmed until a deposit has been paid and a written confirmation has been received from Only One LLC. Once a deposit is paid it becomes non-refundable. If the booking is made within 60 days of the journey then full payment is required to confirm the booking.

Booking Conditions

These booking conditions apply to any booking which you make with us, so you should read them carefully. 

  1. When you make a booking, you guarantee that you have the authority to accept on behalf of your party/company the terms and conditions. A contract will exist as soon as we issue our confirmation invoice. This contract is made on the terms of these booking conditions which are governed by the Law of the State of New Mexico and we both agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the State of New Mexico at all times.

  2. When you make your booking, you must pay a deposit. The balance of the price of your journey must be paid at least 60 days before your arrival date. If the deposit and/or balance are not paid in time, we shall cancel your journey. If the balance is not paid in time we shall retain your deposit. The person signing the booking form accepts responsibility for payment for all the persons on the booking, and is responsible for informing all party members of the relevant booking details.

  3. If, after our confirmation invoice has been issued, you wish to change your travel arrangements in any way, for example your chosen departure date or accommodation, we will do our utmost to make these changes, but it may not always be possible. Any request for changes to be made must be in writing from the person who made the booking. You will be asked to pay an administration charge of USD$50, and any further cost we incur in making this alteration. You should be aware that these costs could increase the closer to the journey date that changes are made and you should contact us as soon as possible.

  4. You, or a member of your party, may cancel your travel arrangements at any time. Written notification from the person who made the booking must be received at our offices. Since we incur costs in canceling your travel arrangements, you will have to pay the applicable cancellation charges up to the maximum shown.

    Note: If the reason for your cancellation is covered under the terms of your insurance policy, you may be able to reclaim these charges. Period before departure in which written notification is given. Amount of cancellation charge incurred within (% of total holiday price excluding insurance premiums).

  5. It is unlikely that we will have to make changes to your journey arrangements, but we do plan the arrangements many months in advance. Occasionally, we may have to make changes and we reserve the right to do so at any time. Most of these changes will be minor and we will advise you at the earliest possible date. We also reserve the right in any circumstances to cancel your journey arrangements and to change an itinerary, accommodation or arrangements should it be necessary.  The right is also reserved to decline to accept or retain any person as a member of any tour at any time in which event a reasonable refund will be made.

  6. If you have a problem during your vacation, please inform the Only One Safaris representative immediately who will endeavour to put things right. If your complaint is not resolved in country, please follow this up within 28 days of your return home by writing to our Customer Services Department, Only One LLC, 400 Rella Drive 123-298, Montebello NY 10901 USA or email: info@onlyonesafaris.com giving all relevant information. Please keep your letter concise and to the point. This will assist us to quickly identify your concerns and speed up our response to you.

  7. Only One Safaris LLC and its suppliers and agents will exercise utmost care in handling its guests and their property, but will not be responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings or personal injury.  Clients are therefore advised to obtain relevant insurance and that all activities are undertaken at the clients’ own risk. 

  8. Your contract is with Only One LLC, registered office 530-B Harkle Road STE 100, Santa Fe, New Mexico, 87505 USA, a limited liability company based in the State of New Mexico which conforms to all laws and regulations of the State of New Mexico. All bookings shall be governed by, construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the State of New Mexico.
