VILLAGE LIFE

This 11-day round trip offers a unique insight into the daily life of Mozambique and gets you up close to the valuable work of the Marine Megafauna Foundation. Two days are planned for the Elephant Reserve. The accommodations are mixed, some have been selected according to fair trade aspects that value environmental protection and conservation of natural reserves. But there is also an elegant city hotel and huts between the beach and the bush.

Day 1 – 3 | Inhambane-Tofo

You will spend the next few days together with the team from the Marine Megafauna Foundation. Here you can find out everything you need to know about the research work, the program and the sustainable solutions first-hand. You accompany the researchers on an ocean safari and receive 3 lessons about their work. On the third day there is another safari in the sea. You will then accompany a ranger on a walk through the village. You will visit the wives of the fishermen and get an insight into their daily routine.
